The AGM batteries we use are some of the highest quality in the industry and perform very well in a variety of applications and climates. That's a great idea and one we've gotten in the past. As of right now our carts only have power tilt and do not have the ability to be raised vertically.

At around 3:20 he shows where you can unlatch the bucket to dump quickly by hand, but then again that would not give you the power dump. “Power dump” … why do I find that funny? ;)

It can be tricky to say "power dump" with a straight face but it is the best description. ;) Yes the actuator is a "screw type" fully electric design. They are very reliable and capable of handling 750 lb of load but they do operate slowly as a result. The key to speed it up is what @evidencebased1 noted, to release the latch ahead of time. In that way, the load will dump once the hopper reaches it's pivot point. Another way to speed up the process is to be raising or lowering the load as the cart is moving.
